Varieties of Magnetization Fixtures.
Different types of Magnetization Fixtures can be designed as per the requirement
of the customer. There are fixtures to Magnetize Internally the Assembly of
the Magnets in Multipolar Configuration with facilities of online Flux Testing
and Temperature indication and control.
There are some Fixtures in which the work pieces are Magnetized after the
Assembly is made Ex. Permanent Magnet DC Motor required in CNC M/C and Automobile
Starter. These Fixtures also come in Split type Multipolar to Facilitate the
Loading and Unloading of the work piece in the Magnetization Fixture.
Single sided Multipolar, Radial, Radial Diametrical Magnetizing Fixtures are
Fabricated as per the Requirement.
